We are a technology agency , Whys<\/a>, and we are looking for someone skilled and caring to take ownership of our customer and programmer communications and help us onboard new customers to the Symmy<\/a> automation platform. We use Jira Cloud<\/a> for requirements gathering and tasking, but don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. <\/p>

  • Fluent written and spoken Czech for communication with customers<\/li>
  • You have at least basic knowledge of programming in Django (ideally experience in SW development with a focus on BE application development).<\/li>
  • Qualities such as being systematic, thorough, communicative and able to identify and describe problems.<\/li>
  • You have a pro-customer mindset and can translate \u201cIT lingo\u201d into common language and vice versa.<\/li>
  • You can work with ticketing systems for customer support.<\/li>
  • You have the desire to develop yourself further – in the future you will have the opportunity to get involved in project management and other team activities.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
