Integration Zoho CRM with Odoo

Due to the rapid development of online trading, we were forced to innovate our established sales procedures. This was not possible without a radical change, so we turned to Symmy, a company we had good references for. And we can confirm that thanks to the flexible and correct behavior of Symmy, the whole event, despite some partial problems that could not be avoided with so many changes, was completed in a timely manner.

The course of cooperation has been very professional, flexible and proactive from the first contact with the owner of the company, Mr. Koprajda, and his team until now. We met Symmy at the Czech Online Expo, where we were looking for help with connecting the Allegro marketplace and our Pohoda ERP. We were then contacted by email, after an initial consultation we agreed to work together and link through the Base.com platform. The integration was done in detail, with Mr. Horký keeping us informed on every detail. Once the integration is complete, we have an automated process for orders from Allegro, we no longer have to manually upload them to Pohoda, it saves shipping time and we are preparing for further expansion.

Last year, we at EMBLEMM used Symmy.com to integrate our Abra Flexi and Shopify systems. The cooperation involved order and inventory agendas, including initial synchronization of products with different sizes.
During this year, Symmy prepared a more modern way of communication between the systems using GraphQL API and is preparing migration to Shopify V2.
We appreciate that this proactive approach keeps us up to date with the latest technology and makes our e-store future-ready.
