Last year, we at EMBLEMM used Symmy.com to integrate our Abra Flexi and Shopify systems. The cooperation involved order and inventory agendas, including initial synchronization of products with different sizes.
During this year, Symmy prepared a more modern way of communication between the systems using GraphQL API and is preparing migration to Shopify V2.

We have been using Symma's platform since 2023, when they connected our core systems Base and Helios iNuvio. Since then, we've continually expanded our collaboration with new marketplaces and other features, and plan to continue to do so. We value the flexibility and reliability that allows us to grow smoothly.

We turned to Symmy to connect our ERP Helios Inuvio to Baselinker, which we use to manage orders from the marketplace and e-shop. David Žváček proved to be an experienced project manager - he designed a workable solution, met deadlines and his approach significantly accelerated the deployment. I also appreciated his business perspective, which brought real value to the project.

The course of cooperation has been very professional, flexible and proactive from the first contact with the owner of the company, Mr. Koprajda, and his team until now. Despite the fact that we have jointly implemented a relatively complex implementation of several marketplaces at once (including the OSS regime in combination with VAT registration in other EU countries), they managed to satisfy us more or less in all respects. From the first online interview, I had no doubt that they were the right choice for us.

We were looking for a process automation solution among our key systems. Thanks to Symmy we got a stable and fast link for the order and warehouse agendas. The whole collaboration went great, from the initial analysis to the final deployment and subsequent support, which responds within hours.

We met Symmy at the Czech Online Expo, where we were looking for help with connecting the Allegro marketplace and our Pohoda ERP. We were then contacted by email, after an initial consultation we agreed to work together and link through the Base.com platform. The integration was done in detail, with Mr. Horký keeping us informed on every detail. Once the integration is complete, we have an automated process for orders from Allegro, we no longer have to manually upload them to Pohoda, it saves shipping time and we are preparing for further expansion.
