Integration Zoho CRM with POHODA Komplet

We turned to Symmy to connect our ERP Helios Inuvio to Baselinker, which we use to manage orders from the marketplace and e-shop. David Žváček proved to be an experienced project manager - he designed a workable solution, met deadlines and his approach significantly accelerated the deployment. Last year, we at EMBLEMM used Symmy.com to integrate our Abra Flexi and Shopify systems. The cooperation involved order and inventory agendas, including initial synchronization of products with different sizes.
During this year, Symmy prepared a more modern way of communication between the systems using GraphQL API and is preparing migration to Shopify V2.

Despite the fact that we have jointly implemented a relatively complex implementation of several marketplaces at once (including the OSS regime in combination with VAT registration in other EU countries), they managed to satisfy us more or less in all respects. From the first online interview, I had no doubt that they were the right choice for us.

Due to the rapid development of online trading, we were forced to innovate our established sales procedures. This was not possible without a radical change, so we turned to Symmy, a company we had good references for. And we can confirm that thanks to the flexible and correct behavior of Symmy, the whole event, despite some partial problems that could not be avoided with so many changes, was completed in a timely manner.
