You have sent us a short info about yourself and your CV via the form on our website or other advertising sites. We’ll go through everything and get back to you in any case.
In some cases, we’ll send you a simple assignment
If we have the same ideas about cooperation, we will send you a simple task to work on. You don’t have to worry, we don’t grade anything, but we’re more interested in your approach and thinking about a specific assignment.
We will meet at the initial online interview
After completing the task, we ideally meet for 30 minutes on an online call and discuss in detail mutual ideas about cooperation.
We will meet online or in person with the team leader
In some cases, you will meet another colleague or team leader and we will talk in more detail.
We will send you an offer and agree on the terms
If you are interested in both parties, we will agree on the terms of cooperation and send you an offer.
Other formalities and onboarding will be solved with you by our colleague Víťa
When we agree and solve all the formalities, you will have our internal onboarding with my colleague Víťa
