We are a technology agency Whys, and we are looking for a junior/intermediate project manager to join our team, who will help us in the development of our own B2B platforms (portals, e-shops, configurators, online process systems) or other products that we build tailored to the needs of the customer. Our clients are medium-sized and larger companies, most often wholesalers and manufacturing companies such as M2C, Rudorfer, BeneMeat or EGE.
Project coordination and client care
Proactive and regular communication with the development team and clients
Related project agenda (reports, preparation of documents for invoicing, output checks)
Regular status updates in the internal team and feedback on processes
Experience in developing custom websites, e-shops or other web applications;
Experience in team and client communication;
Overall diligence, consistency and reliability are very important;
Ability to do business analysis (understanding the customer, what the deliverable should be and breaking it down into tasks for developers);
Awareness of modern project management practices and proactivity to put them into practice;
Experience in preparing time estimates (in collaboration with the team) is welcome;
Have the space to work at least 20h/week if you can't work full-time
And most importantly, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things, open minded, what you can't do you will learn
Aktuálně se o klienty dlouhodobě starají Honza (CEO) a Víťa (Project manager), kteří toho mají už hodně za sebou, takže ti na startu budou k ruce. Zároveň jsme otevření novým nápadům a těšíme se na nový vítr. Projekty spravujeme v Jiře, kde využíváme i další nástroje chytré nástroje. Pokud Jiru neznáš, rádi tě zasvětíme. Pracujeme na různých klientských projektech, ale také na vlastních, např. Symmy, kde sami rozhodujeme, co a jak použít. Věříme, že se rozvíjíme hlavně díky konstruktivní zpětné vazbě, kterou budeš pravidelně dostávat i dávat
Práce v samém srdci města nebo homeoffice. Nacházíme se v ulici kousek od Jakubského náměstí hned vedle Baru, který neexistuje. Je to nádherná část města s mnoha možnostmi kam zajít po práci nebo na oběd. Jsme malý tým, určitě se u nás neztratíš. Budeš pro nás důležitý člen týmu, tvým názorům budeme naslouchat. Máme super otevřeného šéfa a to stejné platí i o lidech, které zaměstnává. Každý týden máme trénink angličtiny s lektorem, pokud budeš mít zájem, můžeš se přidat.
