My passion is starting, optimizing and automating business processes. I love it when things make sense and run like clockwork – I’m the corporate tuner who makes sure the whole symphony plays in harmony. I look for this functional ideal not only in business, but also in my personal life. In addition, I’m passionate about traveling and discovering comfort in places you wouldn’t expect!

Process automation and optimization. Outside of work, I focus on molecular biology and art.

He takes care of the day-to-day running of the company, sets up and optimizes internal processes and co-solves the company’s finances. He clears his head in the forests of Wallachia, where he comes from.

In the team, I am known primarily as a Python or Rust enthusiast, but outside of that, I lead my startup, teach street dance or play and sing in a band.

I enjoy being able to dive deep into a project, learn new things in the process, and work together to bring it to a great result. In my spare time, I love to travel and run – it’s when I travel and run that I often get the best ideas. I then translate these into my own small projects, where I continue to hone my skills and move forward.

I like programming, especially in Python. I am looking for efficient and functional solutions. In my free time I enjoy exploring the beauty of small Czech towns. I am interested in airplanes and everything related to them – I used to be a paraglider.

I’ve been working as a Python developer for many years, my desire is to push things fundamentally further, I’m a team player. But I prefer to spend my free time with my wife and our two cats. Another love for me is sports, I like running and working out the most, but I’m also happy to play floorball or anything else.

When the weather is nice, he likes to go jogging or play beach volleyball with friends. He is interested in psychology.
