We are a technology agency Whys, and we are looking for a junior/intermediate project manager to join our team, who will help us in the development of our own B2B platforms (portals, e-shops, configurators, online process systems) or other products that we build tailored to the needs of the customer. Our clients are medium-sized and larger companies, most often wholesalers and manufacturing companies such as M2C, Rudorfer, BeneMeat or EGE.

  • Project coordination and client care

  • Proactive and regular communication with the development team and clients

  • Related project agenda (reports, preparation of documents for invoicing, output checks)

  • Regular status updates in the internal team and feedback on processes

  • Experience in developing custom websites, e-shops or other web applications;

  • Experience in team and client communication;

  • Overall diligence, consistency and reliability are very important;

  • Ability to do business analysis (understanding the customer, what the deliverable should be and breaking it down into tasks for developers);

  • Awareness of modern project management practices and proactivity to put them into practice;

  • Experience in preparing time estimates (in collaboration with the team) is welcome;

  • Have the space to work at least 20h/week if you can't work full-time

  • And most importantly, enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things, open minded, what you can't do you will learn

  • Our clients are looked after long term by Honza (CEO) and Víťa (Project Manager), who have plenty of experience behind them, so they'll help you get started.

  • At the same time, we're open to new ideas and looking forward to a breath of fresh air.   

  • We manage projects in Jira, where we also use other smart tools. If you don't know Jira, we'll be happy to show you the ropes.

  • We work on a range of client projects, but also on our own — for example Symmy, where we decide for ourselves what to use and how.

  • We believe we grow mainly thanks to constructive feedback — which you'll be receiving and giving regularly

  • Work in the very heart of the city, or from home. Our office is on a street just off Jakubského náměstí, right next to the Bar, který neexistuje. It's a beautiful part of town with plenty of places to go after work or for lunch.

  • We're a small team, so you definitely won't get lost here. You'll be an important member of the team and your opinions will be heard. We have a really open-minded boss, and the same goes for the people he hires.

  • Every week we have English lessons with a tutor — if you're interested, you're welcome to join.
