Every user signs in as themselves and access can be revoked at any time.

FAQ

Will it slow our system down?

Queries are optimised for reading and run at low priority; a typical request is a fraction of the load of a standard report. We set limits during deployment.

We run multiple companies (entities).

Yes — the connector supports multiple companies. You either name the company in your question or pin it in the permissions. See pricing for per-company billing.

Will the AI see all our data?

Only what you allow. Access is configured per module and the default mode is read-only. Sensitive areas (e.g. payroll) can be excluded entirely.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription?

For day-to-day use, yes — a paid plan such as Claude Pro/Team or ChatGPT Plus/Team works best. You pay the AI provider directly; we’ll help you choose.

Where is my data processed, and what about GDPR?

The service runs in EU data centres and reaches your database over a secured connection (IP whitelisting or VPN). Data is never used to train AI models. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA).

Can the AI break anything in the ERP?

Not in Read mode — it never writes to the system. Write actions (higher tier) go through the vendor’s official interface and each one must be confirmed by a human.

What if I upgrade my ERP to a new version?

We track supported versions and keep the connector updated. Let us know before a major upgrade and we’ll verify compatibility in advance.

Are you a partner of the ERP vendors?

No — we are an independent vendor. All ERP names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are in talks with several vendors about partnerships.
