Symmy connects Upgates with KROS OMEGA. Orders flow from Upgates into KROS OMEGA, while product and stock data as well as documents travel the other way. For this pair we transfer 6 agendas — each one separately, in the direction and interval you choose. A basic connection of one agenda takes 6–12 hours of work depending on its type; we will refine the exact scope after an initial meeting.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How the connection works
On the Upgates side we use: REST API v2 (products, orders, stock, invoices). We connect KROS OMEGA via: Konektor (KROS API service); XML/Excel imports as a supplement.
Regarding licences: The API is activated in the e-shop administration. Konektor requires a valid KROS support package (Balík podpory). We will verify this during the initial analysis so your budget accounts for it from the start.

Slovak legislation is home turf, Czech is not.
OMEGA is built for Slovak legislation (VAT, statutory reports). It isn't suitable for Czech entities — so we build the integration around Slovak VAT rates and document requirements.

Selling prices are governed by OMEGA.
Konektor pushes stock cards with fixed selling prices to the e-shop. We recommend keeping OMEGA as the source of truth for prices — two-way price editing is the most common cause of data drifting apart.

The API is activated in the e-shop administration.
Access is created in the Add-ons/API section — without activation, the integration won't start. It's part of the setup, not an obstacle, but it does require access to the administration.

Map categories and parameters upfront.
Upgates has its own structure of categories and parameters. We agree upfront whose structure is authoritative — otherwise the product import creates duplicates.

The synchronisation retries the connection in the next interval, and keeps retrying until it reconnects. An alert goes out the moment the problem is detected, so you will know about the outage before it shows up in your orders.
