And how much is the setup?
Setting up an integration is a one-off job charged at an hourly rate of 85 €. Connecting one module usually takes 6–12 hours depending on the module type — the configurator on the integration page calculates the exact price for your pair of systems.
How we calculate the price
No hidden numbers — the monthly price is made up of three clear items.
Service fee
Charged per active module. The price depends on the chosen service level.
Operations
Based on the total number of operations per month across all modules.
sFTP connection
Optional, if needed. Free of charge with Service Plus.
How we calculate the number of operations
Operations per month = queries per day × days in the month
Queries per day are obtained by dividing the operating window (by default the whole day, 1,440 minutes) by the sync interval. Two-way sync counts twice as many operations.
We assume 30 days per month for the calculation. A real month has 28 to 31 days, so the result is approximate.
