Symmy connects Shoptet with Helios Nephrite. Orders flow from Shoptet into Helios Nephrite, while product and stock data as well as documents travel the other way. For this pair we transfer 7 agendas — each one separately, in the direction and interval you choose. A basic connection of one agenda takes 6–12 hours of work depending on its type; we will refine the exact scope after an initial meeting.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How the connection works
On the Shoptet side we use: REST API (add-ons via the Marketplace). We connect Helios Nephrite via: REST API services of the Nephrite platform.
Regarding licences: The private API is only available on Shoptet Premium; standard plans work solely through approved add-ons. We will verify this during the initial analysis so your budget accounts for it from the start.
What to watch out for
-
1
For enterprise deployments a test instance is a must.
Nephrite usually runs with its own processes, approvals and bespoke customisations. We tune the integration against a test instance configured identically to production — without one, errors only surface on live data.
-
2
Process management means statuses and approvals.
A document in Nephrite moves through process statuses. We map in advance in which status the integration may read and write — writing into a draft or in-approval document is a common source of conflicts.
-
3
The e-shop shows prices with VAT, the ERP without it.
Converting prices between the systems creates a rounding difference that adds up across hundreds of documents. That's why we agree at the outset which side is authoritative for the price — we can round, send VAT-exclusive prices per the ERP, or the other way around. What matters is that the result reconciles with your accounting.
-
4
API access differs by plan.
Only Shoptet Premium has the private REST API; standard plans communicate exclusively through approved Marketplace add-ons. We choose the integration route based on your plan — and a possible upgrade belongs in the budget conversation.
-
5
Add-ons can step on each other's data.
Stock and order add-ons touch the same data as the integration. Before deployment we review which add-ons are running, so changes don't keep overwriting each other.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the integration cost?
We charge 85 € excl. VAT per hour. Connecting one module takes 6–12 hours depending on its type, more for larger systems — we confirm the exact scope after an initial call. The calculator above gives an estimate for your combination of modules.
Do I need an extra licence or module for the integration?
The private API is only available on Shoptet Premium; standard plans work solely through approved add-ons. We will verify the details during the initial analysis.
What happens when Helios Nephrite is unavailable?
The synchronisation retries the connection in the next interval, and keeps retrying until it reconnects. An alert goes out the moment the problem is detected, so you will know about the outage before it shows up in your orders.
