Symmy connects Base with ONIX ERP. Orders flow from Base into ONIX ERP, while product and stock data as well as documents travel the other way. For this pair we transfer 6 agendas — each one separately, in the direction and interval you choose. A basic connection of one agenda takes 6–12 hours of work depending on its type; we will refine the exact scope after an initial meeting.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How the connection works
On the Base side we use: REST/JSON API (Base.com, formerly BaseLinker). We connect ONIX ERP via: KROS cloud platform with an API; native link to OMEGA.

A cloud system — we verify the API scope at kick-off.
ONIX is developing fast and the scope of its interface keeps expanding. Which agendas are available via the API for your scenario is something we confirm with the vendor during the initial analysis.

The OMEGA link: who is the source of truth.
ONIX is often deployed alongside OMEGA — documents flow into the accounting automatically. When connecting an e-shop, we agree upfront which flows go through ONIX and which go straight to OMEGA, so documents don't get duplicated.

Orders from multiple channels at once.
Base.com (formerly BaseLinker) merges orders from marketplaces and e-shops alike. They must arrive in the ERP with their source channel — otherwise you lose track of where each sale came from and the reports stop adding up.

Order statuses are driven by Base automations.

How much does the integration cost?
We charge 85 € excl. VAT per hour. Connecting one module takes 6–12 hours depending on its type, more for larger systems — we confirm the exact scope after an initial call. The calculator above gives an estimate for your combination of modules.
What happens when ONIX ERP is unavailable?
The synchronisation retries the connection in the next interval, and keeps retrying until it reconnects. An alert goes out the moment the problem is detected, so you will know about the outage before it shows up in your orders.
