Symmy connects WPJ with Money S5. Orders flow from WPJ into Money S5, while product and stock data as well as documents travel the other way. For this pair we transfer 7 agendas — each one separately, in the direction and interval you choose. A basic connection of one agenda takes 6–12 hours of work depending on its type; we will refine the exact scope after an initial meeting.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How the connection works
On the WPJ side we use: Platform with ready-made ERP connections (SAP, Navision, ABRA…). We connect Money S5 via: S5API — REST and GraphQL, OAuth2.
Regarding licences: S5API is a separate Money ERP module. We will verify this during the initial analysis so your budget accounts for it from the start.

Write validation is an asset, but it needs well-prepared data.
Money rejects any write that doesn't meet its rules (mandatory fields, relations, VAT rates). We therefore tune the data mapping against the actual rules of your installation, not against the documentation.

The e-shop shows prices with VAT, the ERP without it.
Converting prices between the systems creates a rounding difference that adds up across hundreds of documents. That's why we agree at the outset which side is authoritative for the price — we can round, send VAT-exclusive prices per the ERP, or the other way around. What matters is that the result reconciles with your accounting.

WPJ builds e-shops on its own platform with ready-made connections to a range of ERPs. Exactly what your installation can do is something we verify with WPJ before defining the scope.

Prices are managed in one place.
Our recommendation: the ERP keeps prices and stock levels, WPJ displays them. Two-way price editing is the most common source of data drifting apart.

What happens when Money S5 is unavailable?
The synchronisation retries the connection in the next interval, and keeps retrying until it reconnects. An alert goes out the moment the problem is detected, so you will know about the outage before it shows up in your orders.
