Symmy connects Shoptet with KROS OMEGA. Orders flow from Shoptet into KROS OMEGA, while product and stock data as well as documents travel the other way. For this pair we transfer 6 agendas — each one separately, in the direction and interval you choose. A basic connection of one agenda takes 6–12 hours of work depending on its type; we will refine the exact scope after an initial meeting.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How the connection works
On the Shoptet side we use: REST API (add-ons via the Marketplace). We connect KROS OMEGA via: Konektor (KROS API service); XML/Excel imports as a supplement.
Regarding licences: The private API is only available on Shoptet Premium; standard plans work solely through approved add-ons. Konektor requires a valid KROS support package (Balík podpory). We will verify this during the initial analysis so your budget accounts for it from the start.

Slovak legislation is home turf, Czech is not.
OMEGA is built for Slovak legislation (VAT, statutory reports). It isn't suitable for Czech entities — so we build the integration around Slovak VAT rates and document requirements.

Selling prices are governed by OMEGA.
Konektor pushes stock cards with fixed selling prices to the e-shop. We recommend keeping OMEGA as the source of truth for prices — two-way price editing is the most common cause of data drifting apart.

API access differs by plan.
Only Shoptet Premium has the private REST API; standard plans communicate exclusively through approved Marketplace add-ons. We choose the integration route based on your plan — and a possible upgrade belongs in the budget conversation.

Add-ons can step on each other's data.
Stock and order add-ons touch the same data as the integration. Before deployment we review which add-ons are running, so changes don't keep overwriting each other.
