E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
How ABRA Flexi connects
ABRA Flexi exposes a full REST API (JSON and XML over HTTPS) — one of the friendliest integration surfaces among Czech accounting systems. Reading data does not require any paid add-on.
The API has documented fair-use limits: identical queries must not run in parallel, and demanding operations such as payment matching or document recalculation need to finish before the next request. Symmy paces the synchronisation accordingly, so the Flexi server stays responsive for your accountants.

Respect the API load limits.
Under heavy load, Flexi slows down or rejects requests — and in the worst case blocks the integration entirely. We therefore queue the synchronisation and, for demanding operations (payment matching, document recalculations), wait for each one to finish.

Cloud vs. your own server changes the connection.
Flexi runs both in the vendor's cloud and on-premise. We will verify which variant you have — availability, access management and the way backups are handled before integration changes all differ.

Do I need an extra licence or add-on?
Reading data through the Flexi REST API needs no paid add-on. We verify the details of your plan during the initial analysis.
What happens when ABRA Flexi is unavailable?
The synchronisation retries in the next interval, repeatedly, until the connection is restored. An alert goes out the moment a problem is detected, so you know about an outage before it affects orders.
Can the integration handle product variants?
Yes. We handle variants even for systems without native support — provided the data allows the variants to be assembled reliably.
