Symmy connects Mailstep fulfilment to your ERP, accounting or e-shop. As with any fulfilment provider, the data flows are reversed compared to an ERP: orders flow into Mailstep, while stock levels, order statuses and tracking numbers flow out. Connecting one module takes 6–12 hours of work depending on the module type; we confirm the exact scope after an initial call.

E-shops are the most common counterparty, but the same modules also flow to CRM, WMS or B2B portals. These values are defaults, not fixed rules. The direction and interval can be changed for each module, and modules not listed here can be added — we shorten the interval when your operation needs a faster response, or extend it when less frequent synchronisation is enough.
For fulfilment we often shorten the interval based on your operation — down to a minute where needed.
How Mailstep connects
Mailstep provides an API with a developer portal; the API is available to all Mailstep customers at no extra charge. Through it, orders are handed over to the warehouse automatically, stock levels stay current and order statuses with tracking numbers flow back to your systems.
Symmy builds and operates this connection for you, so you get the API integration without needing your own development team.

Once fulfilment is handed over, Mailstep owns the truth about stock.
The ERP and e-shop must defer to Mailstep's statuses — otherwise the numbers drift apart within days. We set up the flows so that one place decides about availability.

How much does the integration cost?
We charge 85 € excl. VAT per hour. Connecting one module takes 6–12 hours depending on its type, more for larger systems — we confirm the exact scope after an initial call. The calculator above gives an estimate for your combination of modules.
How quickly do stock changes reach my e-shop?
The default interval is 15 minutes and we tune it to your operation — from once a minute to a few times a day. The running-cost calculator shows how the interval affects the price.
What happens when Mailstep is unavailable?
The synchronisation retries in the next interval, repeatedly, until the connection is restored. An alert goes out the moment a problem is detected, so you know about an outage before it affects orders.
Can I connect more e-shops to one Mailstep account?
Yes. Each additional system gets its own project in Symmy with its own data flows, so the data always ends up in the right place.
